What monster/person should i train on in Runescape?

im a lvl 17 with 21 range, 20 hp and 25 mage for teleporting. i have studded pants, leather body, coif, willow shortbow, and alot of steel arrows.

Minotaurs, found in stronghold of secruity
Level 12 and drop alot of iron arrows for your range
