runescape: dragon or barrows?

i have13.8m should i buy a dragon plate, drag legs, drag boots, whip, obby shield and cape, fury, dragon gloves (rfd) and no helm or guthans helm, torag plate, dhoraks legs, drag boots, fury, obby cape and sheild, great ax, whip, warrior ring, dragon gloves (rfd)? with the barrows gear, id have a lot of extra money, so repairing is no problem. but with the drag id be total broke. should i get fashion over function?

I would say get barrows. Its better to have a whole set of barrows though as they have a special when its a complete set. Barrows is cheaper and i think give a better defense bonus. I’m getting barrows when I’m level 70 defense. Don’t know how long it will take but eventually i will reach it.
