Runescape — what is the most affective part of void knight armor?

Yes, i realize now i spelled effective wrong in the question.
Hi,
Im doing pest control and have been for the past.. hour or two?
Im about to have a bunch of points, and im planning on getting the armor set. but what i wanted to know, which armor piece should i buy first? (btw im a ranger) wether it be the top,bottom or helm?

If you are on the Pest Control world, i say buy the most expensive first, then work your way down ( i’m doing that right now). Take a break from Pc though, it gets boring after a while. 100 points in, and I’m sick of it…
