Runescape Help And Guides

What do you think of my Runescape Ideas?

Ok here they are:
1. Player owned shops- The way I image these would be that only really high construction levels could build them first of all. We could build them most anywhere, example in wild , fields, or near cities. We could have options for a sign to read: General Shop,Herblore Shop,Magic Shop, etc you get the idea. We would have a timer to shop how long the shop has to stay open. All profits go directly into our bank! I guess it would similar to GE but we could put them everywhere! Near Bounty hunter would be cool too.
2. Pets in our Houses- Ok we could have cages or posts for birds to sit on, dog houses for dogs, caves for monsters and dragons, add a cat scratching post, etc… and the ability to leave out pets at home, not in our banks!
3. House improvements- Ok we need a room to hold ALL our Quest Rewards!
4. Farming- A shed next to all farming patches to hold ALL our seeds, fruits, vegetables, etc.
