good training spots on runescape?

can someone tell me a good training spot in runescape?
i have 46 combat and i prefer melee.

Go to the barbarian village and walk down the stairs, the monsters are becoming more powerful so you can train there at all levels…

but if u r a member there are ogers lvl 52 at the new place at abrogney(or something like that(i forgot wt the village name was))
