in runescape where and what the best place to raise melle and range?

in runescape my range is lvl 46 and i need to raise it to use magic bow and raise my str and att they 60att and 64 str i need to know where is a good place to train both for the deadly magic bwo ddp combo

Personally, i think that fighting at the white knights castle (lv 36’s) aren’t bad. Even though you may refer to this as nooby, on the second floor there are nets which can prevent the knights from hitting you, giving you a advantage to free range. Well Melee, basically anywhere is fine; and if you up to it bring a friend to the cockroach area (lv82?) gives very very good drops. Such as rune scimmys, rune sq’s (rare).
