what is a good monster to train on in runescape f2p?

my strength is 54 my attack is 53 and my defence is 50 my magic is 52 i am wearing full rune, rune scimitar/rune 2h, beserker shield, power amulet, for my magic armour i wear full combat robes, i have all 4 element staff and anti-dragon shield

Lesser demons in karamja. You can find them in the volcano near the spiders.
