Which Runescape f2p item should I high alch?

Which Runescape f2p item should I high alch to reduce loss of gold??? Assuming I get nats free.

Many items made from smithing are more than worth casting high alchemy on them.
Some of the items recommended for high alchemy include:
Steel platebody
Mithril sword
Mithril platebody
Adamant sword
Adamant platebody
Rune sword
