Runescape Quest Issue – Shilo Village.?

Iv’e began the quest Shilo Village on Runescape, and I’m using a quest helper “Sal’s Realm”. The point is, I have began the quest and have given the Belt (from start of quest) to Trufifus and he told me to speak to some leader of Two Bai Wan, I have done the stated, but my quest guide shows that I have not started the quest, but the quest helper says I should find a mound of earth, but digging at the mound of earth isn’t going anywhere. Any answers would be much appriatiated.

mabey if you find the mound earth then you will start the quest
