What’s the best way to commit suicide in RuneScape?

Just for fun I thought I’d go to the ge and suicide, then wait for someone to bless my grave (it’s great decoration). But how should I do that quickly and cheap?
I don’t wanna go on pk world to be attacked by a dds, nor travel all the way to ape atoll and attack a poison spider.
Is there any item that does damage to you when you use/drink/eat it? I already know about zamorak brews but they cost too much just for a suicide. Anything else that’s cheap and hurts you?

In my opinion, the easiest is to just join a pking world with not items, or use the protect item spell to protect 1 item. once someone kills you you will be teleported back to lumbridge.
