What is the best free, downloadable, and safe mmorpg?

Please do not list Pirates Online, Maplestory, Runescape or World of Warcraft. I really like anime alot if that helps, and when I mean safe, I mean that it does not have viruses and that it was built well and well not cause my compter internal proplems ect.

man, thats a tough bill to fit. most free MMOs are full of crappy spyware, and stuff, they require you to buy items from them to be able to play the game at full capacity, or you have to upgrade to a pay account to use certain items or advance at the normal rate of xp.

PC gamer had a list of 9 free to play mmos last issue.

Crime Craft (not open yet)
Mythos
Requiem: Bloodymare (very bloody, and has some adult entertainment at times, like nudity)
Dungeon Runners (have to upgrade to use all items)
Sword of the New World
Holic (very grindy, but can eventually design your own quests and dungeons)
Shaiya: Light And Darkness
Cabal Online

you might also want to keep a eye out for Orb Games. they will eventually be offering all sorts of free games, with no hidden costs, and if you ever download a dvd worth of data, they will mail you a copy of it on dvd.
