in runescape, can a full void set(gloves, top, bottom)with a melee helm provide 10% more damage while rangin?

i spent almost 20 hours getting the full set of void armor(top, bottom, gloves),but i dont know whether the range helm or melee helm combined with the full set provide 10% damage bonus when ranging.
