how do you create a runescape stat editor?

i want to create one ppl ben saying that you can so how? if u know plzzzzzzz tell me i want to prove to some one that i can lvl faster than him on rs loljk

The only way to edit your stats in runescape would be to hack into the jagex database where they save your character and edit it there but this happening is highly unlikely and even less unlikely that you wont get caught.

Stat editors go into your saved character file and edit it right there but since you dont have access to your characters data in runescape it is impossible to edit it with a simple stat editor like it is in diablo
