how do i capture myself doing a special attack in runescape?

i need to capture myself doing dark bow spec for runescape wikia, how do i do that? im on windows vista basic.

This is tricky. You need to film yourself doing that with an on screen recorder then buy software to convert the AVI format to GIF.

Your gonna have trouble to do it, because if your filming HD then you need high end software
