What are the parts for the Skull spear in Runescape?

I have the scull parts but what is the spear part and how do you get it?

Here’s a list of where you can get all of the items:

Skull Right Halves ~ Dropped from Minotaurs ~ Dungeon Level 1
Bottom of Sceptre ~ Dropped from Flesh Crawlers ~ Dungeon Level 2
Top of Sceptre ~ Dropped from Catablepon ~ Dungeon Level 3
Skull Left Halves ~ Dropped from Ankou ~ Dungeon Level 4

Since you have the skull pieces, you’ll need to kill some Flesh Crawlers and Catablepon to complete your Sceptre. Be careful, Catablepon hit quite hard and lower your Strength, but the Flesh Crawlers aren’t too dangerous.
