on runescape how do i get the left skull half ?

i killed minotaurs and wolfs and got 2 right one but how and where do i get the left half

Kill monsters in the bottom level of the stronghold to get the left half. There are 2 other parts you need to make a complete skull staff. You get these in level 2 and 3.

Once you get all 4 parts, you can put them together to make a staff which will give you 3 teleports to the Barbarian Village.
