Help with runescape private server setup?

Okay, I can log onto my server and all, I have source, I have JDK, I have changed names, I made myself owner, I have not compiled because it says I dont have JDK when I do, so can anyone help me with that? Also, I have not port forwarded because I dont get how to, and my server ip is still my ip. I have the no-ip host from www.no-ip.com/net or whatever. the host I chose was xenscape.servegame.com
If anyone can help me get it running, I will put you as admin
also, if you can’t help me with that, I need a coder, as I know to little. Thanks.
Just so you know this server is only for me and a few friends so it should be allowed.

Just so you know, it is illegal to go onto a private server and you will be perminently banned, so I’d advise no =-)
