help on runescape clue scrolls coorinates help me plz?

i have had a clue scroll for ages the digits are. 09 degrees 48 mins north 17 degrees 39 mins east i have been told were it is i have seen pics were it is but i just does not work whn i dig there
the pic the mountins look abit differant
but the trees are all in the same place and i think i got the spot but it just does not work whn i dig there any help plz?????

In order to do Coordinates clue scrolls you MUST have

a chart (given by the people in the observation tower near castle wars)
a watch (given by the clock tower monk in Ardougne)
a Sextant (given by murphy next to Fishing Trawler)

when you have those items use the sextant, and make sure the sun and horizon line up. when they do hit submit, and you should receive the coordinates of where they are. Until you do so it will be hard to do the clue scroll

but if you want to take the hard way

use this locator, just type in the coordinates, and it will show you BUT you must bring the watch, Sextant and Navigation chart when doing coordinate clues
