Are there any teleports in RuneScape that get you close to the Runecrafting alters?

Each alter is a fair distance away from a bank, are there any teleports on f2p that can take you to an alter, or somewhere close to one? I know there are tablets and spells, but they only take you away from the alters, and they take up space, so is there any jewelry that can be used to get close to an alter?

You can buy tabs that teleport you to the altars, but only if you play the “Great Orb Project” minigame. You need 50 RC to do this. The game is for f2p too.

If you don’t have 50 RC, I think the explorer’s ring cabbage teleport will get you closer to the air altar than falador east bank, but it ain’t that much closer. If you use teleport on the return trip from the air altar, it’s probably worth using the ring for the trip there.

The skull sceptre teleports you to the barbarian village, and this is pretty close to the body altar, but the sceptre has only 3 teleports, and it takes a while to get one by doing the stronghold of security.

Gloves from Fist of Guthix give you double XP for air, water, or earth runes, so use those if you can.

PS. If you are f2p and less than 50 RC, the fastest way I know to get XP is by making body tiaras (very expensive). The second fastest way is by making earth runes with gloves from FOG (still lose some money). Making air runes is just about the only way to get decent cash while training RC.
