How do you make an online runescape private server and client?

I know a little how to make my own runescape server for my desktop, but how do you make one for other players? I’m going to make a website and everything, but FOR EXAMPLE:silab client. I want to make a client like this and also make servers for the client. HELP!!!

FUCK I WROTE THIS WHOLE THING AND FUCKING DELETED IN ON ACCIDENT BUT ILL TYPE IT AGAIN.

1- get jdk search jdk in google and download it

2 – getting a no-ip go to no-ip.org and register then go to host/redirects and make an ip and download the no-ip client on the side then open up the click and check the box next to your ip name to put it online.
3 – Getting a soruce search allstarscape download on google and click on the first website and download v2
4- port forwarding go to 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.2 depending on your computer. If you have netgear your username is admin and your password is password, now click on the portfowarding tab, then add a new host with the port 43954 (if you dont understand just go to youtube and type how to port foward with the *your router name* router)
5 – editing environmental variables, go to start then right click my computer and hit properties then click environment variables and edit / add these 2

CLASSPATH – CLASSPATH=C:Program FilesJavajdk1.6.0_14bin;%CLASSPATH%;
PATH – C:Program FilesJavajdk1.6.0_14in

Lastly go to compile i n your server right click edit and edit all the jdk1.6.0_7 or any other one thats not jdk1.6.0_14 to set jdk1.6.0_14

now just click compile and compile then run your server and go to client.silabsoft.org and put in your ip and play online!!! also its smart to post your server on moparscape and rune locus. My servers ip is ko-scape.servegame.com if you wanna play
