RUNESCAPE: Monkey Madness. I need help for Monkey Madness and i am confused. Read it and post if u can help?

In MM(MONKEY MADNESS), i am lvl 53 combat with: 60 att, 56 str, 60 range, 1 def, 1 pray, 41 magic. I know how to kill the boss easily, but that it not what im worried about. I am at the part where you have to go past the 167 monkey guards and go underground and smelt the m’amulet necklace, but as soon as i go underground, i get hit with 30+ and die. I have already died twice and i need help plz!
I do not need 43 prayer because my friend did MM at lvl 41 cb with 1 prayer.

go with a high lvl and have him protect you or kill them for you
