in runescape, how long will it take me to get from 27 range to 70 range?

in runescape, how long will it take me to get from 27 range to 70 range? i have made a pure for range, and i want to know how long it will take to get to 70 range, and what my max hit with range would be if i had green dragon hide chaps, green dragon hide vambraces, leather body, maple bow, adamant arrows, combat boots, and the amulet of power. where would be the best place to train? i am i think lv 17 right now on this pure. i only have range.

Well it depends on how long you work on it each day. If you work on it for like an hour today, it will take a while. But if you work on it for like a few hours, you will get there faster. (:
