Runescape merchanting help?

Hi i need to make some money, and im not the type of person who is patient enough to wait for lobsters or cutting yews. I am F2P ( i would flax if i were P2P), and i need help on what the merchant. I tried eye of newt method… but it takes waay to long for a medium amount of money. Anyone knows of a good item that you can merchant so you can buy low quickly and sell higher a bit faster??

Decant strength pots. Buy 3 dose, decant using the herb guy at the Grand Exchange, and sell the 4 dose. I think it still works.
