How do u beat dragon slayer (runescape quest) at an extremely low level? ?

Okay well my cousin wants to beat dragon slayer at like level 20 because hes a defence pure.. and hes willing to get some magic levels. I have a lot of experience with this game and i know it sounds crazy, but i think it can be done. Have any suggestions?! If you dont think its possible, then say why, and what you think the lowest possible level to do it is.

It’s possible. It would be very difficult to do. If he’s willing to train prayer, that would be extremely helpful, especially if he’s willing to train up to the protection prayers. Prayers with prayer potions, food (preferably sharks), and perhaps some defense potions as well would be what I would recommend he bring. If he trains his magic up to a teleport spell, he may want to bring some tele runes as well, so he can ditch the battle and save his weapons/armour if he doesn’t think he can make it.
