any money or level cheats for runescape (non-members)?

i need some im not a memeber and i wanna catch up to all my friends on runescape

I suggest you go on www.runehq.com. It gives you advise for quest an those but here are some cheats I know…
If you have done the Rune mysteries quest, mine rune ess and sell them at Grand Exchange. 1k for 1 whole intventory. Or for 10k free, go to Stronghold of Sercurity at Barbarian Village.
If you want to lvl up prayer, go to the Wildiness and go to that hunter place and you’ll see some hill giants. Fight them and you will get big bones. Pick them up then bury them.
To do att, str and def, go to the Varrock palace and up stairs where there are 4 guards. You could train there.
For range, go to the Stronghold of Sercurity and fight watever lvl you are best fit for you. There are four lvls (or floors).
For mage, go to Fist of Guthix located in the wildiness north of Varrock. Use mage. You don’t lose your stuff there.
