Runescape Password Recovery Help?

Ok, so this guy hacks me and I sent in a recovery request. I appealed the recovery then when it told me my tracker ID I accidentally x’d out of the page! Now, when I try and send in another one, it says that I can’t because I already have a request submitted! How am I supposed to get it back? I don’t know the Tracker ID because I accidently closed the page! Please Help!
