What is a good fantasy-rpg game that incorporates a world generator?

Do you know of any games that have a world generator built in so that each new game is completely original? For example, I played Dwarf Fortress, but the game was way too complicated for me so I quit it. I really enjoyed how upon starting, everything is randomized for you and that it has no boundaries for your character (meaning you can do whatever you want!). I do not want to play generic rpg games like Fable or Fallout, because they aren’t open-ended like them to be. I want a fantasy game that you can play over and over again because it doesn’t strictly define you to a goal, rather it randomly generates a world and life and you can do whatever. I would like it to be strictly single player (but multiplayer modes are fine).
