If it is can someone explain it thoroughly and tell me how it raises and drops and what it means exactly please?

The higher the EP the higher your the the average price of the valuables you can receive from a kill. Higher EP just means that you are more likely to get more wealth although it is still possible to get a dragon chainbody at 20% and a addy plate at 100%.
