What Drops Dragon claws in runescape?

The Grand Exchange takes too long to buy a set of d claws, so what drops them??

If you are a typical person who waits for an item yet you dont know who drops them you must be ~lv60-90.
Well, Dragon Claws are RARE drop from Tormented Demons. They are lv 460 and uses ‘fireshield’ and using darklight is the only effective way to kill it (well you hit it to lower its fireshield then hit it with normal weapons for like 3 hits) it drops dragon lumps (15m) and d claws and clue scrolls (only good drops) it drops dragon lumps quite often (thats why dragon lumps are crashing and are worthless now) which it drops 1/50 of the time. D claws are REALLY REALLY rare.
