Runescape:i cant get another shield from the duke of lumbridge for achivement diary dont hv one in bank either

i dont have one in the bank already and if i talk to him there are only 2 options,do u have any quest for me and who do i make money.And again i dont have a anti dragon breadth shield in inventry or in bank.
