does anyone have any runescape items that i could have (plz not something that is like cheap)?

I just started playing, and runescape seems like an awesome game! i just became a member, and i am like level 30 something (i think), but i am really poor, and i am not very good at the game and what i mean by VALUABLE, is well…something like(in order from most wanted to least wanted):
Christmas cracker
Party hat(white)
Party hat(purple)
Party hat(green)
Party hat(whatever other colors there are)
Santa hat
Dragon chain
full barrows(any type)
any dragon item
anything else that is VALUABLE
or money( i put this at the end just because it could be little, could be alot)
