Runescape credit card membership?

My friend is putting random credit card numbers and fake information and getting Runescape membership. Will Jagex staff find out and bann him? Or will the real people owning the card he put in complain about their credit card bills? Also, for me, how much does membership cost when you pay by cash? Give me step-by-step information on how to apply by cash. Don’t say “Do credit card, man, it’s way easier”. I’ve made my mind. Don’t comment, cause then you’re not answering my question.

First off, your friend is commiting CREDIT CARD FRAUD – and by KNOWING about it (and NOT stopping him), you could be charged as an ACCOMPLICE!!!

Not only will the staff EVENTUALLY find out (likely with the help of the credit card owners) – but they WILL pursue LEGAL ACTION!!!!!
