Runescape pvp worlds is basically fighting anyone anywhere except for banks, and certain other areas.
You can fight 10% above and below your level.
Skulling is when you attack another player.
When you are skulled you lose all of your items(protect item works)
If you want to get a good drop, you need to bring 25k worth of wealth(f2p) or 75k worth of wealth(p2p)
There are new items like corrupt dragon (f2p) and others.
