In runescape, on pvp worlds, do you get ep outside hotspots?
I was wondering if i could get my ep up outside of hotspots in pvp worlds on runescape.
does anyone know?
Yes, but it is slower, it think its 45-1hr in non hotzones and 30mins in hotzones.
