Runescape prayer level 52-99?

OK i want to get 99 prayer in Runescape i have 52 prayer currently (125,467exp) and i was just wondering how many bones it would take and how much it would cost. also what bones are the best to use cost wise ( meaning if normal bones gave better exp to cost i would like to use those instead of dragon bones). and please don’t give me calculators i already know about them please just give me what bones i should use how many i will need and how much it will cost ( also include cost and # of bones at a guilded alter. thanks

i would do dragon bones. about 10k-20k bones around 100m i guess
