On runescape which bolt does the most damage?

I want to hit really high, and I have a rune c’bow. Which does more damage dragon bolt (e) or onyx bolt (e)?
I’m fighting a player

This depends highly on the situation. As you probably know, the special of an enchanted dragonstone tipped bolt is that it can release the power of a dragon’s fiery breathe onto a player. This can hit up well into the 60’s if you’ve ever been destroyed by a dragon forgetting your anti-dragon shield. However, if your opponent has an anti dragon shield or is using an antifire potion, he would be safe. I’d say still use this one because not many keep an anti dragon shield with them and because of its 3k cheaper price.

Onyx bolts can give bonus damage and heal yourself, so would allow you to last longer and your opponent to die quicker. This is very useful, albeit expensive at 8k per bolt. Despite the price and less damaging special, I’d say use this if you could use the healing and don’t mind spending more money for the bolts.

In conclusion, dragon bolts hit uber high against ill-prepared victims. Onyx hits high against all players.
