Is it true that on Runescape, Cockroaches Level 83 drop dragon scimitars on member worlds?

I’ve looked everywhere on the internet and runescape monster databases,even on youtube,I’ve looked for videos showing cockroach drops,but none of the videos have shown a dragon scimitar drop. Some websites that are really good and usable show that Cockroaches drop Dragon scimitars,but others don’t. Do cockroahces level 83 drop Dragon Scimitars?
