How do you change the IP that appears on the welcome screen in RuneScape?

I’ve been trying to change the IP address that appears on the welcome screen in RuneScape by using a proxy through Firefox but it has only worked once. I misplaced that proxy IP though and have been unable to find one that actually works. I was wondering if anyone knows any proxies that would help me accomplish this or if there are any better/alternative ways.

ok any question with proxies is NO proxies work. i spent over 2 weeks in school trying to find one that would load rs but none worked i easily went through 2000 proxy sites. none work because they will not run JAVA so if you cant run JAVA rs will not load. you can get to rs loading but you will just have a black screen because there is no JAVA
sorry you really cant change that. this is why rs using JAVA
