When does the Holiday item appear and when does it end and were is it.

The halloween event is between South Falador and Port Sarim. YOu’ll see a present sign on the map. YOu just really go to the South entrance of Fallador and go south. You’ll soon see it. The event is a grim reaper hood. YOu have to find the grim reapers skull, put the grim reapers stuff i the proper place, and go through an obstlacle corse twice. THen you get a hood. NOTE you could die but you won’t lose anything you just need to start all over again the event!
