Runescape max points per hit?

i’m a non-member and i’m now using maple longbow with adament arrows. my max is now 7, how should i train so that my mx hit with my bow can be higher, such as 14 or something.

dude,yr ranging needs to be 80+ to hit 14+ damage with maple long bow and addy arrows.

besides, in non-member its very hard to train range. if yr cb is high train on high lvl monsters. i suggest u become a member and train on rock crabs. they have 50hp which is excellent for training, and they drop lvl 1 clue scrolls.
