how do you get half jug of wine in runescape?

in the game runescape there is an item called half jug of wine, and i was wondering if you people who play the game would know how to acquire this item. thanks for the people who help me.

A Half full wine jug used to be obtained by drinking once from a full wine jug. Later, it was changed so that a jug of wine was consumed in one drink. Half full wine jugs heal 7 Hitpoints when drunk.

Players who brought half wine jugs from RuneScape Classic soon found they became a discontinued item and would sell for a lot of cash to other players. Soon they became a rarity, and prices began to skyrocket, although it was, and is now, still behind in prices compared to some rare items that can be worn. Other then boasting rights, this item has no specific value except its meagre healing.
