How can I get level 40 crafting on runescape quickly?

Hi, I need help getting 40 crafting on runescape, so i can get into the Crafting guild, to mine the gold ore there.

ok to get lvl 40 crafting quickly and cost effectively do this:

1-20
mine clay use buckets of water on them and use on potters wheel make an object and drop it repeat until lvl 20

20-40
go to lumbridge cow paddocks and kill cows tan them and use a needle and thread repeat until lvl 40
