Whats the monster that never stops fighting you when your wearing a god item like a guthix cape I think its bandits and were are they?

The bandits are in the desert. About the middle area. The kalphite queen might be that monster. You need a rope to get into the hole. Go west as soon as you enter desert. You will come to a hole. Use your rope there. There is 3 or 4 diff. kalphites before you get to the queen. They can poison you , so bring anti poison and food.
