How / What to merchant on runescape?

I don’t really know how to or what to merchant on runescape. With the GE update i hear its kinda hard. Someone enlighten me?

Ok so with the Grand Exchange and all people claim it “impossible to merchant in Runescape.
It is quite simple really
First find an item anywhere from yew logs to coal to dragon items
buy a large amount of that item at the lowest price
sell back at market price.
It takes time but its easy money
once you begin to have more money on hand you will see that you are making more of a profit each time
