Runescape Clue Scroll Level 2?

For a while now i’ve been trying to buy ranger boots on the ge above market price and no one is selling. I have also tried world 2 and no one is selling it live either. I decided I would try my luck with a level 2 clue scroll. What monster drops level 2 clue scroll the most? Level “2″ not 1 or 3.

just keep on trying to buy the ranger boots while u get the clue scroll cuz the odds of u getting the ranger boots is not that great but u can find the monsters by going to runehq and typing in clue scroll lvl2 and then it will tell u wat monsters drop it
