enchanted rings runescape
A Tank or “meatshield” is usually the only character between the mobs and the more vulnerable party members; i.e., healer. Their character’s primary role is to absorb damage and prevent others from being attacked. Basically they’re there to protect. They assume the aggro of the mobs and try to keep them off other group mates. Because of their constant abuse their gear and healing are the most important items in a Tanks life. A Tank’s gear is made up of armor and weapons. The more they have the higher their threat. If a Tank’s threat is great enough to pull the aggro than others in the group will get hurt. In which case, your Tank will need to get stronger.
A Tank must do three things:
1. Generate more threats than the healer. Due to their position a healer will generate enemies on their own. If you take out a team’s healer you basically take out the team. Therefore a Tank must pose the main threat.
2. They must survive. In order to survive a tank will need the help of their healer.
3. They must generate extra threat on the current “kill” target to allow the damage dealers to kill it without attracting the monster’s attention.
A Tanks main purpose is to fulfill the above missions. In order to accomplish their mission a Tank must have the best possible gear. Here’s a detailed list of the best possible choices of Tank gear:
