is drop tradeing still available in runescape?

I was just wondering is drop trading still possible in rune scape since the updates or no?

Sorry. but if you try to drop an item with a value over 3k, it will disappear before anyone else can get it. If you need to, you can go to bounty hunter and let someone kill you there, then they can collect what you had in your inv, but you can only take in combat items.
